13. Are you required to exercise three times per week on the 480TRAINER in order to achieve optimal results?

If you want to achieve the best result, three times a week for eight minutes is the best frequency. All 16 subjects of the TNO study have exercised in that frequency. That led to remarkable conclusions. But in practice, any training on the 480TRAINER has a positive effect on our body.
